Celebrating 20 years of global impact

For two decades, The Global Orphan Project has partnered with local churches all over the world to equip and empower them in their work to minister to the most vulnerable members of their community. What began from an invitation to care about 19 orphans in southeast Asia has expanded to touch the lives of over 110,000 children in 11 countries this year.

Will you join us in commemorating 20 years of impact with a $20 donation?

Your monthly gift of $20 symbolizes more than just your support at this landmark time, but also the countless moments where Jesus’ love shined brightest through our church partners to restore hope and possibilities to His most vulnerable children over the past two decades.

Your $20 matters to:

Satish

India

After discovering he was HIV positive, Satish experienced stigma and discrimination from members of his family and community. With no treatment services available in his village, he traveled to Hyderabad and ended up in the care of our local partner, Bethel Gospel Church, who provided the services and support that he needed. The compassion that he received meant so much to Satish that it inspired him to use his story to encourage others seeking help through the church’s health camps. Seeing him grow as a leader, the church placed Satish in charge of that ministry, and he has expanded it to serve several hundreds of people in more locations.

Frank

Africa

When his mother passed away, 19-year-old Frank became the primary caregiver to his three younger siblings. This was an enormous responsibility for this young man to take on alone, and fortunately, his family’s situation was brought to the attention of our local church partner. They invited Frank to participate in their family strengthening program where he gained a support system and learned effective skills that empowered him to keep his family together while continuing to pursue his dreams and become a great man.

Missouri

A couple working to reunify with their children needed extensive repairs and work done on their home. The family’s case worker submitted a request for help in our connecting technology platform, CarePortal, and a local Community Champion responded with the funds to cover everything that was needed. Those funds were claimed by CrossRoads Church, and together with members of the Community Champion response team, they arrived at the family’s home to perform the repairs, build a porch, seal the roof, and install new windows, doors, and underpinning. Additionally, they showered the family with food, gift baskets, and prayer to encourage them as they work to get their kids safely back home.
